Custom-Made Products

All blinds and curtains manufactured by Vraxylonshryxell are custom-made to your specific measurements and requirements. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, standard return policies do not apply.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom window treatments. However, because each product is made specifically for your windows, we cannot accept returns unless:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The product does not match the specifications agreed upon in your order
  • There was an error on our part in manufacturing or installation

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Arrange for inspection of the product
  • Repair or replace the product at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Please do not attempt to install or use damaged products. Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Measurement Errors

If measurements were taken by our team and found to be incorrect, we will:

  • Remanufacture the product at no additional cost
  • Cover all associated costs including materials and installation

If you provided measurements and they were incorrect, we may charge for remanufacturing. We recommend using our professional measurement service to avoid such issues.

Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind after manufacturing has begun. We encourage you to:

  • Review fabric samples carefully before ordering
  • Ask questions during the consultation process
  • Confirm all details before we begin manufacturing

Warranty

All our custom blinds and curtains come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies by product type:

Venetian Blinds 2 years Mechanical components and materials
Roller Blinds 2 years Mechanism and fabric
Curtains 1 year Fabric and stitching
Motorized Systems 3 years Motor and electronic components

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Your order number or invoice
  • Description of the defect or issue
  • Photographs if applicable
  • Date of installation

We will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Fading due to excessive sunlight exposure
  • Modifications made by third parties

Processing Returns

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Returns must be:

  • In original packaging where possible
  • Undamaged and unused
  • Returned within the specified timeframe

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
